I have tried many different extensions and this is the best. I always put a condom over any extension. Very realistic feel and look. If it starts to get tacky use baby power on the outside. This is almost indestructible, role it up and put in on like a condom. No smell compared to others like pipedream. Lovetoy is the best name brand for extensions.
